Our Background Check provider, Transunion/ShareAble is currently making upgrades to their system that will result in a short-term delay in the processing of background checks.
This system upgrade will begin the evening of Tuesday, June 6th, and is expected to be completed within 1-2 days. During this time, background checks for newly enrolled Energy Advisors will be temporarily paused until the system upgrade is completed.
If you plan on enrolling any new Energy Advisors during this time, keep in mind, they will not receive the email to initiate their background check until the upgrade has been completed. Also any previously submitted background checks that are completed during this window, will be updated after the system upgrade is complete.
