Why were Bonus Points created?
Bonus Points were created in order to recognize efforts that may not be directly tied to customer counts and downline size -- but the collective nudges that move us forward just as much as the mighty shoves.
Whether it’s attending events, motivating your team, or simply going the extra mile, Bonus Points are here to help us appreciate the the journey just as much as the destination.
How are Bonus Points earned?
Bonus Points will be awarded at the discretion of Think+ when you take certain action. (Think along the lines of team-building, mentoring, attending events, and going above and beyond.)
What do Bonus Points do?
Points contribute to your rank advancement. The more points you accumulate, the higher you can climb within Think+.
How do Bonus Points work?
Bonus Points work just like Team Customer Points, but they only apply to you.
Are there limits to how many Bonus Points we can use?
Only 40% of points put toward each Rank advancement can come from Bonus Points But, any unused Bonus Points from each rank will rollover to your next rank advancement.
