Compensation Upgrade: Regional Director Now Easier to Achieve
Team Customer (TC) Qualification Lowered from 2,500 TC to 1,500 TC
At Think+, we’re always looking for ways to make your success more achievable and more rewarding.
With this in mind, we’re pleased to announce an upcoming upgrade to the Think+ Compensation Plan. Coming soon, the qualifications for Regional Director will be lowered from 2,500 Team Customers to 1,500 Team Customers.
The best part is when the upgrade goes live, any Energy Advisor meeting the new qualifications will be automatically promoted and will receive the $1,000 Regional Director Leadership Promotion Bonus in June.Stay tuned for the announcement when this upgrade has officially launched.
