Empower24 Promotions: Double RABs

Rank Advancement Bonuses -- or Leadership Promotion Bonuses and Accelerated Leadership Bonuses, as they're filed under in the Think+ Compensation Plan -- can be worth twice as much when you head to Empower24.

For the month of October*, we're making these bonuses twice as sweet for EAs who join us in Atlantic City in November.
(*Update: We've added a second promotion period, from November 1 to December 31, 2024.)

Some fine print: 

• This promotion is applicable only to those who attend Empower24 and rank advance during October 2024.
• This promotion is applicable only to those who reach the Rank(s) of Regional Energy Advisor, Senior Energy Advisor, or Director during the promotion period.
• Rank Advancement Bonuses for October achievers will be paid during the November residuals.
• Payment will be processed the Friday after Empower24 (November 15, 2024).

• A second promotion period is now available and applicable only to those who attend Empower24 and rank advance during November or December 2024.
