- Locate Your Email Confirmation
Open the email confirmation you received after purchasing your ticket. - Access the Order Management Page
At the bottom of the email, find the link labeled "View and manage your order online." - Click the Link
Click the "View and manage your order online" link to open the order management page in your browser. - Verify Your Email
On the page, you’ll be prompted to verify your email. Click the "Verify your Email" button. - Enter Your Email Address
Provide the email address used to place your order. - Log In to Manage Your Order
Eventbrite will send you another email with a login link. Open that email and click "Log In". - Edit Your Tickets
Once logged in, you’ll see a list of tickets in your order. Locate the ticket you wish to update and click "Edit". - Update Ticket Information
Update the attendee’s name, email address, and EA number.
