Our next Leadership Trip is at the majestic Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen this fall. You coming?

Earn Your Way with Cancun Credits

Your Goal: Accumulate 200 Cancun Credits within any four-week rolling period to secure your spot.

How do these four-week periods work?

Well, that’s sort of up to you. The idea of rolling qualification periods was born out of our desire to keep your momentum going for as long as possible. There are no monthly resets, no waiting for the calendar to turn – just constant action. Here’s what you should know:

  • At the end of each week, we’ll look back at your most recent four weeks of activity.
  • If you’ve earned 200 Cancun Credits in that span, you immediately qualify for the trip.
  • Note: Each week is defined as Monday through Sunday. (With January 1 being a Wednesday, we’re counting all of January 1 through January 12 as one week. Extra days to get off to a strong start. *hint-hint, nudge-nudge*)

What are Cancun Credits?

Cancun Credits are the “travel currency” you’ll need to accumulate to qualify for a spot on our upcoming trip to Cancun. Their value is directly tied to how many customers you and your downline enroll.

Standard Credit Values

  • 4 Credits per personal customer you enroll.
  • 2 Credits per personal customer who connects to Think Smart (Texas-only).
  • 2 Credits per Level 1 customer enrolled.
  • 1 Credit per Level 2 customer enrolled.

New Jersey Community Solar

January 1 through January 14:  Standard Credit Values

January 14 through March 21, 2025:

  • 2 per personal customer
  • 1 per Level 1 customer
  • 0.5 per Level 2 customer

March 21 Update: Cancun Credits for JCP&L UCB community solar enrollments will continue to be halved:

  • 2 per personal customer
  • 1 per Level 1 customer
  • 0.5 per Level 2 customer

March 21 Update (Continued): Cancun Credits for ACE and PSEG are back to Standard Credit Values.

Rooftop Solar

Prior to March 21

  • At “Proposal Presented”: 2 Credits per personal customer, 1 Credit per Level 1 customer, 0.5 Credits per Level 2 customer.
  • At “Contract Approved”: 50 Credits per personal customer, 25 Credits per Level 1 customer, 10 Credits per Level 2 customer.

After March 21

  • At “Proposal Presented”: 4 Credits per personal customer, 2 Credit per Level 1 customer, 1 Credits per Level 2 customer.
  • At “Contract Approved”: 50 Credits per personal customer, 25 Credits per Level 1 customer, 10 Credits per Level 2 customer.
  • Note: In order to qualify, at least 12 Cancun Credits must be via personal customers. (In other words, you’ll need to enroll a few of your own customers during your four-week window.)

Once you hit 200, you’re locked in for Cancun.

Are there separate Senior Leadership qualifications?

What? Did you think we’d only have one way to qualify? It’s like you don’t even know us at all. If you’re a Regional Director or above (or are going to be!), this bit applies to you:

  • Rank Advancers: Ascend to the rank of Regional Director (or higher) between January 1 and September 19, 2025. (Note: Regional Directors must have a minimum of 1,500 TCP.)
  • Existing Partners (or higher): Must demonstrate 10% Open Line Team Customer Growth within the six-month Promotion Period (January 1 through September 19, 2025).

Are there other ways to earn the trip?

Yep — thanks to our new venture, Think Rooftop Solar. From February 10 through March 9, 2025, the EA with the most leads submitted by March 9 that reach “Proposal Presentation” wins a spot on the trip. See full promotion details here
