We’ve leveled the playing field. Whether you’ve been here since Day 1 or this is your own personal Day 1, all ranks can reach the same destination -- no head starts.
As announced during the January State of the Company call, we have officially entered the qualification period for our next Think+ Incentive Trip, which will be held in the Fall of 2024. The trip is designed to bring together the best of the best – top-performing Energy Advisors and members of the corporate team.
We aren’t going to announce the location and specific date just yet, but here are some important details on what trip earners will receive:
- Two spots on the Fall 2024 Incentive Trip: All-inclusive reservations at a luxury resort for each winner and a guest of their choice.
- Flight reimbursement (up to $400 per person for each winner and guest).
- Invitation to participate in the Third Edition of the Think+ Golf Championship, which will be held during the trip.
How do you qualify? There are a few different methods, including a limited-time January sprint that’s sure to bring out some fierce competition. So, familiarize yourselves with these rules and get going!
Method 1: Rank advance to Regional Director or above within the Promotion Period (January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024).
- If you’re a Regional Director or above as of December 31, 2023, don’t rest on your laurels: To earn a spot on the trip using Method 1, you’ll need to advance to Senior Director of higher within the Promotion Period.
- If you’re already a Partner or above as of December 31, 2023, you’re automatically qualified for the trip.
Method 2: Climb the points leaderboard.
- The ten EAs who accumulate the highest point totals on EAs and customers enrolled within the Promotion Period (January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024) will earn spots on the trip. (Note: The final leaderboard and winners will not be announced until July 12, 2024 -- allowing time for each customer acquired within the promotion period to become pending/active.)
- Ways to earn points are laid out below.
Method 3: BACK IN MAY!
- The EA's who accumulated the most points on EAs and customers enrolled between January 1, 2024 and January 31, 2024, and February 1, 2024, and February 29, 2024, earned a spot on the trip and we've re-opened the action for May!
Method 4: All-in on Community Solar.
UPDATE: The results are in. Celebrate the six Method 4 qualifiers at thinksuccess.plus/recognition.
From now until April 15, we’re challenging all EAs to earn 250 promotion points on solar customers (excluding non-LMI customers in New York). We're securing partnerships with solar farms, and it’s up to you to fill them.
We’re pretty excited to post the leaderboards (which will continue to be updated regularly throughout the Promotion Period), so keep earning! Here’s how you can accumulate points in the Promotion Period:
Points for Personally Enrolled Customers
When you enroll a new, rank qualified Personal Electricity customer, you’ll earn:
- Band 1 – 1 point
- Band 2 – 4 points
- Band 3 – 6 points
- Band 4 – 8 points
- Band 5 – 10 points
- Band 6 – 12 points
- Band 7 – 14 points
When you enroll a new, rank qualified Personal Community Solar customer, you’ll earn:
- New York Customers – 1 point (Defined as NY with Solar 0 or Solar 2, Non-LMI)
- New York Customers – 3 points (Defined as NY with Solar 0 OR Solar 2, LMI)
- Non-New York Customers – 3 points (Defined as non-NY with Solar 0, Solar 1, or Solar 3, Non-LMI)
- Non-New York Customers – 6 points (Defined as non-NY with Solar 0 OR Solar 3, LMI; Solar 1 )
NOTE: Customers must remain in Rank Qualified status through the final accumulation of points, and customers that cancel during the qualification period will no longer count toward the promotion, rankings, and final accumulation of points. Electric Band 0 customers are not included.
Points for Personally Enrolled Energy Advisors:
- For each new personal Energy Advisor in 2024 who acquires a minimum of 3 personal customers (Rank Qualified* customer): 10 points
- For each new personal Energy Advisor in 2024 (Level 1) who attains the rank of REA within the promotion period: 50 points
- Each time you earn a Level 1 mentor bonus on an EA (and their customer) who enrolled in 2024: 3 points
- Each time you earn a Level 2 mentor bonus on an EA (and their customer) who enrolled in 2024: 5 points
NOTE: The intent of the qualification criteria under Methods 2, 3, and 4 is to reward EAs for actively building their Teams and their Teams’ customer base. Qualification Methods 2, 3, and 4 are not intended to reward EAs who have access to a substantial number of customers from (but not limited to) their current customer base, social media, property management business, email, or digital marketing. The qualifying criteria of Method 1 exist to reward EAs who have access to a substantial number of customers through such sources and who earn the rank of Regional Director or above. Think+ reserves the right in its sole discretion to monitor and evaluate the customers acquired by EAs and the methods used to acquire them to determine which qualification Method (if any) is most appropriate. With respect to an EA’s ability to earn points for “Enroll[ing] a new personal Energy Advisor (Level 1) who achieves the rank of Regional Energy Advisor,” Think+ also reserves the right to later impose a minimum number of new personal EAs that must be enrolled and achieve the rank of Regional Energy Advisor required to qualify for the Trip (e.g., four such EAs) in order to ensure that qualification Methods 2, 3, and 4 are being used in a manner consistent with the intent described above.
Disclaimers:
- To qualify, EAs must be in Active status and in good standing at the end of the qualification period.
- Each EA can only win once: If an EA qualifies for the Incentive Trip through Method 1, 2, 3, or 4, they will not be eligible to win an additional place on the trip through one of the other three methods.
- If an EA qualifies for the Incentive Trip through Method 1, 2 & 3, the EA will qualify under Method 1 and the next winner in line for Methods 2 & 3 will qualify for the Incentive Trip.
- If an EA qualifies for the Incentive Trip through Method 2 & 3, the EA will qualify under Method 3 and the next winner in line for Method 2 will qualify for the Incentive Trip.
- If an EA is unable to attend the trip, the trip is forfeited and will be awarded to the next winner in line for that Method, either 2 or 3. Trips cannot be gifted, nor carried over to the next trip, for all possible Methods.
- Please note that trips won in this incentive program may be considered taxable income by the IRS. We recommend consulting with a tax advisor for your individual circumstances.
- Electric & Community Solar Accounts that have a Band/Tier of “Pending” will not be included; once the Band/Tier has been assigned the account will be included accordingly.
- Points earned in the February and March Rank Up promotion for Community Solar will not match or equate to the points allocated or available to earn within the 2024 Incentive Trip "Points for Personally Enrolled Customers.”
