Leadership Summit Qualification Details
To be eligible for the Think+ Leadership Summit: Kauai 2024, you must meet the following qualification requirements during the Promotion Qualification Period:
Promotion Period: January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023
Achieve the rank of Regional Director: receive a 4-night/5-day trip for two, with a $750/person airfare credit.
Achieve the rank of Senior Director: receive a 5-night/6-day trip for two, along with a $750/person airfare credit.
Achieve the rank of Partner: receive a luxurious 5-night/6-day trip for two, with a $1000/person airfare credit, plus a special perk.
Achieve the rank of Regional Partner: receive and experience a remarkable 5-night/6-day trip for two, with a $1000/person airfare credit, plus an extra special perk.
Achieve the rank of Senior Partner: receive an extraordinary 5-night/6-day trip for two, featuring a $1000/person airfare credit, plus an even more extra special perk.
Additional Places for Top 5 Directors (Openline*): Top 5 Openline Directors within the Qualification Period, will earn a 4-night/5-day Trip for two, with a $750/person airfare credit.
* Openline is defined as all customers acquired during the qualification period not under another Energy Advisor with Director rank or above on your team.
Achieve the rank of Director & Texas Qualification
- Achieve and/or maintain rank of Director throughout 2023, with a minimum of 400 Texas Team Customer Points*
- Open to all current and new Energy Advisors
*Subject to the 40% leg rule (See the Think+ Compensation Plan for details)
Achieve Top Mentor Qualifications
Top Mentor Promotion Period: September 1st – October 31st, 2023
Earn the Most Points:
- Whoever has earned the most points from the new 2-Level Mentor CAB from EAs and customers enrolled in the promotion period, will receive a trip for two.
- Points are awarded as follows:
- Level 1 Bonus ($10 / $30) = 2 Points
- Level 2 Bonus ($5 / $15) = 1 Point
Win the Raffle:
- Two EAs will be selected through a raffle and each will receive a trip for two.
- Each point you receive will provide a raffle entry and increase your chances to win.
- Personally sponsor 5 EAs in the promotion period who all enroll at least 1 customer, your total points are doubled.
