Leadership Q&A with Sara Reich

What initially drew you to Think+?
SR: Network marketing. I trusted Bella (Werzberger), and I’ve always enjoyed working with her. 

How has being an Energy Advisor impacted your life?
SR: I was able to leave my 9-to-5 job of 14 years, where I had no time to breathe. Now, I have time to enjoy my family. 

How has your definition of success evolved since you started with Think+?
SR: Climbing each step one at a time and always being recognized. 

What are some of the biggest motivators that keep you pushing forward?
SR: I see the vision of where the company is going, and I don’t want to be left behind. 

What are some non-monetary rewards that drive you?
SR: Live events, vacations, and an awesome community starting from the top! 

What personal goals do you set for yourself, and how do they contribute to your overall sense of achievement?
SR: My goal is to reach the rank of Senior Director. I know I can’t get there without action, so I stay on all training (or replays) and set the amount of hours I’ll work each week. 

What's one piece of advice you'd give to someone considering becoming an Energy Advisor?
SR: You are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. Always stay connected. 

How do you empower and support your downline to succeed as Energy Advisors?
SR: Through action. 

What kind of community do you foster within your downline?
SR: Everybody is willing to share and help. This sense of community comes from the top leadership.

SR: Meeting qualifications gives me such a thrill. 

What excites you most about the future of sustainable energy?
SR: This is just the beginning of a huge future. 

What are your biggest goals for your business moving forward?
SR: To help lots of people get what they want and to help them move up the ranks. 

When you think back about your expectations when you just started, what about Think+ has surprised you the most?
SR: What surprised me the most is how incredibly warm and loving this company is.
