We’re hosting virtual Office Hours. Drop in any time.
In academia, professors and teaching assistants often hold Office Hours, which are open time slots for students to meet with them outside of their usual class schedules. They’re informal, no-appointment-necessary meetings where students and teachers can discuss challenges and, ultimately, solve them.

What does that have to do with Think+?
There are layers to building your Think+ businesses, and we know that different people absorb information in different ways. Our new Think+ Office Hours are designed to address your big-picture questions, provide guidance, elaborate on training items, and help you overcome challenges.
Office Hours
Every Tuesday from 3:00 - 4:00 pm (EST)
Think+ Office Hours are
- Hour-long sessions in which members of the Think+ corporate team will field questions and work with you to address any challenges you may be having.
- Opportunities for you to speak directly with corporate leadership and get answers in real time. They’re designed to help you get to know us and help us better understand the challenges you’re facing, so we can continue to grow together.
- Informal question-and-answer sessions, where you’ll drive the conversation, and we’ll help however we can.
Think+ Office Hours are not
- A replacement for EA Support. The EA Support staff remains your best resource for answering operational questions and guiding you through specific customer, compensation, and technical questions.
- Overly structured. These sessions are not to be confused with more formal trainings like product launches, market expansions, or the new Fireside Chats. We’ll be on hand to speak with you and tackle subjects as they come up.
