We're awarding two different $50 Bonuses in Texas until November 14, 2025. Here's how that breaks down:
- Each new, personally-enrolled customer in Texas will trigger a $50 bonus.
- Once that customer connects their smart device to Think Smart, the EA will receive another $50 bonus.
Plus the usual $20 CAB on electricity customers, and that's a cool $120 per customer -- and it's just the start.
Texas All In was designed to build Think+'s presence in Texas, on both the EA and customer levels. That's why we're triggering $5,000 bonuses for different Texas-based customer thresholds, with an emphasis on bringing in new EAs:
- If you joined in 2025: All customers count as new Team.
- If you joined prior to 2025: It’s all about growth. Each challenge and related bonus threshold requires that a certain number of customers must come from Teams started in 2025.

Some fine print:
- Only Texas customers enrolled between March 1 and November 14, 2025 qualify for the Texas All In promotion.
- The
- 40% Rule:No single leg can contribute more than 40% of the EA’s total customer count; all personal customers count towards your total customers at 100%.
- New Leg (Team) Requirement: For EAs enrolled prior to 2025, 50% of customers must come from a new line (Team) started in 2025. Personal customers count towards new team requirements.
- Payment Timing
- Bonuses are paid weekly as they are earned.
- Texas Double Up Bonus will be paid at Empower25.
- Double Up Bonus adds $25,000 the total payout once they enroll 5,000 customers.
- Clawback Rules
- Customers must remain active for at least 90 days.
- CABs, promotional payments, and Texas All In bonuses are subject to clawbacks if the customer cancels within 90 days.
- Customers who cancel after 90 days will not count towards challenge totals.
- Exclusions
- FEC & Band 0 and Pending Band customers do not qualify.
- Service addresses previously enrolled with Think Energy within the past 12 months do not qualify.
- Energy Brokers, Property Managers, or EAs who have agency to switch accounts cannot participate.
- The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to recoup and offset any bonuses paid through this promotion on any Customer who reaches Canceled status within ninety (90) days of reaching Active status or who reaches Canceled status prior to reaching Active status against any future commission payments owed to the Energy Advisor.
- No Stacking or Compensation Plan Manipulation: Fraudulent enrollments or any attempts to exploit the compensation plan will be strictly enforced and subject to disciplinary action.
