As we add new markets and refine our processes, we'll sometimes have to make adjustments based on regulatory requirements and optimizing our customer experience.
Here are the markets that will now require customers to upload a recent copy of their electricity bill in order to enroll in Think Community Solar and Think Energy:

*While the majority of these markets will require a bill upload moving forward, all existing community solar customers in New Jersey will need to have a copy of their utility bill on file in order to be allocated. Think Community Solar Customer Care is proactively reaching out to impacted customers, and will update accounts individually once bills are received.
Think Energy (Retail Electricity)

- In Maine and New Hampshire, customers must include their most recent electricity bill – all pages and sides – and their bills must be paid in full.
- Enrollments will be held until we’re able to review bill uploads, and customers with past due balances will not be accepted. If the bills are flagged for any reason, we’ll request new bills before moving forward with these enrollments.
