Starting Today, Energy Advisors are the only way for customers in Illinois to access AutoSave – The breakthrough product that automatically switches customers between Think Energy and the Utility to ensure they never pay more than they have to.

Due to an error in the Cancun widget, Week 25 numbers were incorrect. The issue was identified and the widget removed over the holiday weekend.

It is now reporting correctly, and all qualifying Cancun achievers were updated on the ThinkSuccess Fall 2025 Incentive Trip board this morning.

A new checkbox now requires customers to attest their LMI information is accurate. As a result, we can no longer upload LMI documents on their behalf. If not uploaded during enrollment, customers must log in to their Arcadia portal to complete the upload later.
