Leadership Trip Qualification Period Ends After Sunday, May 21st: 11:59pm ET.
The qualification period for the upcoming Inaugural Leadership Trip to the beautiful Club Med Punta Cana resort in the Dominican Republic is almost complete.
While May 18th was initially the final day to enroll customers to count towards earning the trip, we have extended the promotion period through Sunday, May 21st. With our Leadership Trip Promotions (details below) there are now even more ways to qualify. Now is the time to act as every customer enrollment before the period ends could count toward your qualification! Plus, while May 21st is the last day to enroll customers, we are providing an additional seven days for those customers to become Rank Qualified status (Pending or Accepted). This is intended to give even more time for you to reach the qualification requirements for Director or Regional Director.

The Leadership Trip Raffle Promotion will award two places on the Leadership Trip to those who are focused on gathering customers. And if you enroll over 100 personal customer points you will guarantee a place on the trip. Promotion Period: 5/1 – 5/21
Tier 1: Enroll 5 customers in the promotion period to qualify. Each Personal Customer previously enrolled will create 1 raffle entry
Ex. Energy Advisor starting with 10 Personal Customers. Enroll 5 additional customers in promotion period to qualify with a total of 15 Raffle Entries
Tier 2: Enroll 25 customers in the promotion period to qualify. Each Personal Customer previously enrolled will create 1 raffle entry

Inaugural Leadership Trip Destination: Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
Located in the heart of the Caribbean, Club Med Punta Cana is a paradise that offers endless sunshine, crystal-clear waters, and miles of pristine beaches. The resort is set on a 2-kilometer stretch of white sandy beach, and features luxurious accommodations, world-class dining options, and a wide range of activities to choose from, including snorkeling, windsurfing, and golf.
You have the chance to earn a spot (or two) on this incredible trip as a reward for your efforts. To qualify, you must achieve the rank of Director or above within the Qualification Period, which runs from February 10, 2023, to May 21, 2023. If you achieve the rank of Regional Director during the Qualification Period, you will receive a trip for two to Club Med Punta Cana!
The Leadership Trip will take place from June 22nd – 25th, 2023 and includes flights, accommodations, meals, and all activities on-site. All you need to do is bring yourself, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, grow and have fun!
During the trip, you will have the opportunity to connect with Think+ executives as well as all of the highest performing Think+ leaders. We’ll be hosting fun excursions and workshops designed to help you improve your skills and inspire your team to achieve even greater success. Leadership Trip Promotion Details:
Community Solar Customers Count Double for Trip Qualification (Extended to May 21st)
- Promotion Period: March 3rd – May 21st, 2023
- Community solar customer sign ups will count as double in terms of determining the achievement of Leadership Promotions and bonuses as well as Leadership Trip Qualification.
- These customers will count as double Personal Customers(PC) /Team Customers (TC) for as long as they remain a customer.
- These customers will not result in double payment of CABs or residual compensation.
Promotion Raffle for 2 Leadership Trip Places
- Promotion Period: May 1st – May 21st, 2023
- Customers that are not eligible for consideration in the raffle promotion:
- Customers who are in Fail-PreVerify or Cancelled status at the end of the promotion period.
- Customers enrolled through the Free Energy Club.
Additional Trip Details:
- Each Energy Advisor will be responsible for purchasing airfare for the trip and the company will refund the value paid by the Energy Advisor, subject to a cap of $750.
- Winners will be allowed to pay for an additional guest to go on the trip subject to room and program availability.
