Think Community Solar Flyers
Think Community Solar has only been available for three months but we’re already off to a great start!
To help you share the benefits of Think Community Solar, we are excited to announce several new sharing tools now available in your Web Office.
These sharing tools highlight the benefits of Think Community Solar and can also be customized to provide your personal website URL. Each state (Maine & New York) has a color version as well as home-printing optimized version that is better suited if you plan on printing these flyers from home.
These are in addition to the variety of other sharing tools we have available including the recently announced Think Energy video. If you haven’t seen it yet, check it out and stay tuned for more exciting sharing tools coming soon.
Additional Community Solar Updates
With the recent conclusion of our Leadership Trip Promotion and the Community Solar Launch Promotion, Community Solar customers are back to counting as one customer for your Personal Customers and Team Customers.
In addition, there has been an update to the timing of Community Solar enrollments. When new Community Solar customers are enrolled, they will first display in the Personal Customer Report with a status of “Pre-Verify”. Each night, the day’s enrollments will be processed and updated to either “Pending” or “Fail Pre-Verify” status.
A reason will be provided in the “Rejection Reason” column of the Personal Customer Report, for customers who receive “Fail Pre-Verify” status, so you can take any necessary action to correct the enrollment.
